At ScalerSuite, we are committed to providing high-quality services at unbeatable prices. The moment you purchase a service, we begin the process of provisioning, which involves irreversible costs on our end. This includes registering domains in your name, purchasing official licenses for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and allocating resources for list building or email validation.

All our services are non-refundable once the order is processed and work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

• •Domain Registrations: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• •Google Workspace & Microsoft 365: Licenses are purchased immediately and cannot be returned.
• •List Building & Email Validation: These services involve data processing and labor that begins as soon as an order is placed.
• •Cold Email Setup: This comprehensive service involves significant upfront work, including strategy, domain setup, and technical configuration.

You may cancel your subscription for any recurring services at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.

We encourage you to contact our support team on WhatsApp to resolve any issues with billing or service delivery. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all your services.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
